The School of Medicine’s Clinical Skills and Patient Simulation Center welcomes Dennis Bolde to the team this week to fill the Training Specialist position.
Dennis joins the team from Tallahassee Florida where he has served as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Dennis brings his extensive patient care experience to guide the Standardized Patient (SP) team through case development and execution. By improving SP understanding of patient needs, we will continue to improve educational outcomes in our clinicians.
On his first day, Dennis jumped into action by providing a tour for the School of Medicine’s MD/ PhD “Second Look” program. Simulation technology is something that Dennis has significant experience with as an EMT. He looks forward to growing his skills in simulation operations here at UNC.
