The First Annual UNC Anesthesia Point Of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) and Focused Assessed TTE Course was held on November 4th, 2017. The course leveraged a low faculty learner ratio of 1:4 to achieve the primary emphasis of hands-on skills for image acquisition and interpretation.
The course met the requirements of the American Board of Anesthesiology Maintenance of Certification (MOCA) and MOCA 2.0 for lifelong learning and self-assessment (part 2).
