Cohort three of the Simulation Fellowship course co-developed by the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation & Learning (INACSL) and CAE Healthcare is set to begin with an “Introductory Webinar” on January 13th, 2016.
Learners will have the opportunity to “facilitate and debrief a Simulated Clinical Experience™ (SCE) using the INACSL Standards of Best Practice: Simulation SM for use in all areas of healthcare education.” The background of the course participants may range in experience from new simulation educators to simulation directors.
The fellowship utilizes webinars to establish the core knowledge and follows it up with in-person training to allow for active learning and application of the concepts. Mentoring will build on these experiences and help learners integrate the knowledge directly into their own practices.
