Dr. Robert Isaak was presented with the Innovation in Education Award by the UNC Academy Of Educators (AOE) for his work in developing the Anesthesia residency milestones project. This innovative work from the Anesthesia Department’s Consortium of Anesthesiology Patient Safety and Experiential Learning (CAPSEL) program is serving as training model that may serve as a national model for resident education in anesthesiology.
