Carolina_Public_Health_May2013Kathleen Kearns published an article on a simulation game developed by Dr. James Porto Jr. to simulate the decisions made by a state entity in response to events like a chemical spill or the financial crises of a health system.

The game, FranklinStateSim, is utilized by learners at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health.
