Zach Read published another great article showing off innovative uses of simulation at UNC. His article discusses the work from the Anesthesia Department’s Consortium of Anesthesiology Patient Safety and Experiential Learning (CAPSEL) program. Dr Rob Isaak developed a unique series of cases for evaluation for residency milestones.

It is also worth noting that Dr. Isaak and the CAPSEL team organized a panel discussing the use of simulation for ACGME milestones. at the 2015 International Meeting on Simulation in Healthcare held in New Orleans, Louisiana.
